TRAINING FOR QIGONG OPERATORS

Your health in YOUR hands !
The secrets of the art taught in full.

Two-year Qigong Operator Course

Qigong can be described as a mind-body-spirit practice that enhances mental and physical health by integrating posture, movement, breathing techniques, self-massage, sound, and intention.
There are many styles, schools, traditions, forms, and lineages of Qigong, each with different practical applications and theories about Qi ("subtle breath" or "vital energy") and Gong ("cultivated skill through constant practice").
Qigong opens the flow of energy in the meridians used in acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine.
It improves our ability to sense Vital Force and deepen our communication with it.
