Presentation
Course Levels
Our Association follows the Chinese system, which has
three levels and nine degrees.
A 初层 Chū céng - Basic
Level
In this level, you develop precision and
accuracy in body techniques, hand movements, and
footwork.
By studying and practicing forms, movement
patterns, and rules, techniques become
precise and effective, transitioning from
unnatural use to a natural application of form and
strength.
B 中层 Zhōng céng -
Intermediate Level
In this level, you learn to borrow the
opponent's strength and create Qi, responding to changes
by opening and closing, lifting and lowering,
gathering and dispersing.
This skill sets Qi in motion throughout the
body, allowing for technique changes and
overwhelming the opponent.
C 高层 Gāo Céng - Advanced
Level
In this level, you enhance your reactivity and
ability to sense and adapt to the situation.
Change aids in combat; combat involves change.
The fighter is like water, without fixed
positions; methods are not rigid, but without method,
fighting is impossible.
Course Program, Frequency, Courses cost
Pressing the buttons opens the programs.
The Online Study Program mirrors the in-person lessons, held
bimonthly from the start date of the courses.
Each level is divided into modules, and each module consists
of one or more lessons of about one hour.
The instructor is Master Maurizio Zanetti or an “Indoor
student” of the Master.
