Taijiquan style extremely rare outside of China, it combines different methods such as Northern Taijiquan ( Yang Luchan lineage ),
Southern Taijiquan ( Gan Danran lineage ), Yue shi Xinyiquan of Yue Qingshan, Baguazhang of Dong Haichuan and a powerful Northern Shaolin method.
Because of its closure, the style has remained unknown in the West, keeping fully the traditional teachings of the past.
A style with a very old flavor, fully taught in Europe ONLY by our Association, under the authorization of Langfang "Shi San Dan" Taiji Culture Divulgation Association of the GM° Zhang Shaotang of Lanfang.
In 2014 the Li Pai Taijiquan style was recognized by the Chinese Government as "Orthodox" and "Inviolable Cultural Heritage of the Chinese Nation".
The traditional Chen style has maintained a martial spirit more evident than what can be found in the styles derived from it.
The two peculiar characteristics are the zhansi jin (缠 丝 劲), a particular way to use force through spiral movements, and the fajin (发 劲), a technique to emit the internal force in an explosive way, through the coordination of the breath with an extremely relaxed movement.
