The Qigong is the art of developing and cultivating internal energy, ancient Daoist art whose origin is lost in the mists of time.
The practice consists of slow movements and synchronized with breathing and concentration.
Qigong is an integral part of traditional Chinese medicine, and is taught to improve the physical condition of the body and improve health.
Practicing Qi Gong, the vital energy (Qi) returns to flow freely, activating every cell of the body and the mind reaches a state of relaxation and tranquility.
